Soul Vine
Sacred Plant Micro-dosing - Natural Plant Extract Drops
What Is Micro-Dosing?
Micro-dosing is the introduction and daily use of a substance in small quantities to maintain therapeutic effects. This technique is believed to keep a consistent connection to the spirit of the plant and its teachings. Our micro-dosing journey is guided by Banisteriopsis caapi, also known as Ayahuasca, our scared plant teacher, guiding us and showing us the path, throughout our most difficult times. Micro-dosing can be maintained by the individual without the presence of a shaman or healer. However, a full dose or a ceremonial dose are advised to be taken in the presence of a shaman or a healer in order for clear guidance and protection.
A study in Harm Reduction Journal categorized several possible benefits from reports by microdosers:
improved focus, concentration, and mindfulness
improved energy, wakefulness, and stimulation
cognitive benefits, such as enhanced problem solving
social benefits
reduced anxiety
creativity
reduced symptoms, such as stress
improved mood, optimism, and life appreciation
improved body functioning
self-efficacy, including improved ambition, productivity, and motivation
